Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a 25-storey office building (119.7 metres, including mechanical penthouse) in the middle of the block. The footprint of the new office building would replace some of the existing retail uses fronting on Front Street East. The existing buildings fronting on King Street East would remain in place. Approximately 50,873 square metres of new gross floor area is proposed. A total of 161 new parking spaces and 213 new bicycle parking spaces are proposed to support the new development.
