Zoning By-law Amendment to permit an 7-storey mixed-use building with a total gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 8394 square metres, including approximately 794square metres of retail space on the ground floor and 90 residential units. A total of 62 vehicular parking spaces and 110 bicycle spaces are proposed.
