Site Plan Control application to permit a 21-storey (80.65 metre) mixed-use building with a total of 141 rental dwelling units, 3295 square metres of non-residential floor area, and 165 vehicle parking spaces that will all be below grade. Application also includes: on-site parkland dedication; privately owned publicly accessible spaces;reconfiguration of Scrivener Square; and incorporation of existing laneway (deem surplus and closure process still underway). *Note: The Official Plan and Zoning Amendments are still under appeal and with the LPAT. City Council accepted a Settlement proposal in July 2018.
