A city-initiated zoning by-law amendment by CreateTO has been submitted to facilitate a mixed use development. The property is currently being used as a commuter parking facility for Victoria Park Subway Station. The proposal is for two buildings: Building A is a 23-storey building; and Building B is an 11-storey building. A total of 508 dwelling units are proposed, of which 50% would be dedicated to affordable housing units; 2,092 square metres of indoor/outdoor amenity space; and 1,422 square metres of community service space. The proposal also includes 16 TTC Passenger Pick-up/Drop-off spaces as part of the revamped Dentonia Golf Course Parking lot on the north side of Victoria Park Station.
