A city-initiated zoning by-law amendment by CreateTO in order to facilitate the development of an 18-storey mixed-use building with 13,184 square metres of residential gross floor area (180 residential units) of which a minimum of 50% would be dedicated to affordable housing, 539 square metres of indoor and outdoor amenity space, and approximately 2,197 square metres of community service space. The proposed development also includes a total of 45 parking spaces located in a one level underground parking garage.
