The proposed development will provide a total of 104 parking spaces located in a three level underground garage. Vehicular access to the site will be provided by a single driveway via Sheppard Avenue East. A total of 202 bicycle parking spaces are proposed, including 178 long term bicycle parking spaces and 24 short term bicycle parking spaces.
