If you suspect you have food poisoning after eating at a food establishment in Toronto:
  1. Consult your physician as soon as possible.
  2. If you are a Toronto resident, contact Toronto Public Health's Communicable Disease Surveillance Unit to report your illness. Please call:
    • (416) 392-7411 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm), or
    • 3-1-1 (Outside regular business hours)
  3. If you are not a Toronto resident, please report the illness to your local health department.
