Notice

NOTICE is given that in accordance with the City’s real estate disposal by-law, on March 23, 2020, a portion of the public highway lands located on Eglinton Avenue West (along the southern property boundary of 2270-2296 Eglinton Avenue West) and legally described as Part Lot 58 Plan 1700 Township of York, Part 1 on PLAN 66R-30983; being part of PIN No. 10491-0485 (LT), was declared surplus. The public highway lands have a total area of approximately 33 m² ± (355 ft² ±). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase the subject lands from the adjacent property owner of 2270-2296 Eglinton Avenue West.
