PUBLIC NOTICE

 

 

The Council of the City of Toronto proposes to permanently close to vehicular traffic the northerly westbound lane on Fleet Street, between Bathurst Street and Iannuzzi Street.

 

At its meeting to be held in the Toronto City Hall on June 25, 2019, commencing at

9:30 a.m., the Toronto and East York Community Council will hear in person or by his or her counsel, agent or solicitor, any person who wishes to speak to this matter.

 

To view a copy of the proposed plan to close a portion of westbound Fleet Street between Bathurst Street and Iannuzzi Street, obtain additional information, submit comments or address the Toronto and East York Community Council meeting on June 25, 2019, please contact the following City official no later than 12:00 p.m. on June 24, 2019:

The City collects this information to enable it to make informed decisions on the relevant issue(s). If you are submitting letters, faxes, e-mails, presentations or other communications to the City, you should be aware that your name and the fact that you communicated with the City will become part of the public record and will appear on the City’s website. The City will also make your communication and any personal information in it – such as your postal address, telephone number or e-mail address – available to the public, unless you expressly request the City to remove it.

 

The City videotapes committee and community council meetings. If you make a presentation to a committee or community council, the City will be videotaping you and City staff may make the video tapes available to the public.
