Notice
NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the
City of Toronto’s real estate disposal by-law, the following properties were
declared surplus:
1. On June 26, 2019, a portion
of 20 St. Regis Crescent, Toronto,
being Part of Lot 4 on Plan 3672, and designated as Parts 2 and 3 on Reference
Plan 66R-27811 was declared surplus. The portion of land and
building has a total area of approximately 1,108.0
m2 (11,926.8 ft2). The intended manner of disposal to be by way of listing the land and building for sale on the open
market.
2. On July 5, 2019, part of 770 Don Mills
Road, Toronto, shown as Part 2 on Sketch No.
PS-2005-026 was declared surplus. The
portion of land has a total area of approximately 5,016.76m2 m2 ± (54,000 ft2
±) of stratified space. The intended
manner of disposal to be by way of an exchange of land with the Toronto District School Board for the
property known municipally as 200 Poplar Road, Toronto.
