Notice

NOTICE is given that in accordance with the City’s real estate disposal by-law, on August 22, 2019, a City-owned parcel of stratified fee simple air space above a portion of Walton Street, located adjacent to, and on the southern edge of the northwest corner of 33 Gerrard Street West, Toronto, Ontario designated as Part 1 on Plan 66R-30808. The portion of property has a total area of approximately 6.18 m² ± (66.41 ft² ±).  The intended manner of disposal is to be by invitation of an offer to purchase from the adjacent property owner.
