Declaration of Surplus Properties

Description

NOTICE is given that in accordance with the City’s real estate disposal by-law, on December 10, 2020, a portion of the public lane, with stratified portions located at the rear of 2104-2110 Yonge Street, legally described as Part of Lane on Plan 585E Toronto; Being Lane Between Hillsdale Avenue West & Manor Road West, designated as Part 3 on 66R-27137, shown as Parts 3 and 8 on the attached draft reference plan, were declared surplus, conditional upon City Council approving the permanent closure of the said lane. The public lane has a total area of approximately 451 m2 ± (4,854.5 ft2 ±).  The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase part of the subject lane from the adjacent owner.
