Public Notice

Meetings of the Budget Committee to hear Public Presentations on the 2021 Capital and Operating Budgets have been scheduled as follows:

Monday, January 25, 2021:

   -         9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.;

   -         1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and

   -        6:00 p.m. onwards.

Tuesday, January 26, 2021:

   -         9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.;

   -        1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and

   -         6:00 p.m. onwards

These meetings will be held by electronic means and the proceedings of the Committee will be conducted publicly.

These measures are necessary to comply with physical distancing requirements and as civic buildings are closed to the public.

The video conference details will be made available to participants closer to the meeting date and the meetings will be broadcast live online at http://www.youtube.com/TorontoCityCouncilLive

To provide comments or make a presentation to the Budget Committee:

The public may submit written comments or register to speak to the Committee on any item on the agenda.
