Description

The Council of the City of Toronto proposes to pass a by-law in order to permanently close to vehicular traffic but not to pedestrian traffic, the north-south public lane, west of Augusta Avenue, between Richmond Street West and Queen Street West.

The north-south lane public lane is described as follows:

Firstly: (North of Rush Lane)

PIN 21239-0338 (LT)

LANE ON PLAN 135 TORONTO, ABUTTING THE EAST LIMIT OF LOT 29 ON PLAN 135, CITY OF TORONTO

Secondly: (South of Rush Lane)

PIN 21239-0339 (LT)

LANE ON PLAN 135 TORONTO, LYING EAST OF PLAN 63R-2927, CITY OF TORONTO

At its meeting to be held in City Hall on April 21, 2021, commencing at 9:30 a.m., the Toronto and East York Community Council will hear from, or by his or her counsel, agent or solicitor, any person who wishes to speak to this matter.
