Public Notice

Notice is given that in accordance with the City’s real estate disposal by-law, on June 18, 2018, the public lane located north of Washington Avenue, between Spadina Avenue and Huron Street, PL 449 Toronto N of Washington Ave; City of Toronto, said lands being all of PIN No.21211-0102 (LT) and shown as Parts 1 & 2 on Sketch No. PS-2017-004, was declared surplus, conditional upon City Council approving the permanent closure of the said lane and subject to granting the required easements. The public lane has a total area of approximately 499.8 m2 ± (5,379.8 ft2 ±). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase the subject lane from the University of Toronto.
