The Council of the City of Toronto proposes to pass a by-law to permanently close the public lane located to the west of 96 Spadina Avenue and east of 379 Adelaide Street West, labelled as Part 1 on Plan 66R-32043, described as follows:

 

All of PIN 21239-0325 (LT)

 

PART OF LOTS 1 AND 2, SECTION E, MILITARY RESERVE PLAN AS IN WF7391; CITY OF TORONTO

Land Titles Division of the Toronto Registry Office (No. 66)

 

At its meeting to be held by video conference on November 24, 2021, commencing at 9:30 a.m., the Toronto and East York Community Council will hear from, or by his or her counsel, agent or solicitor, any person who wishes to speak to this matter.

 

To view a copy of the proposed by-law and plan to close the portion of public lane lands described above, obtain additional information, submit comments or address the Toronto and East York Community Council meeting on November 24, 2021, please contact the following City official no later than 12:00 p.m. on November 23, 2021.
