Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the City of Toronto's real estate disposal by-law, on December 18, 2018, a portion of a public highway dedicated as Perth Avenue, west of Sterling Road, shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2018-013 was declared surplus, conditional upon City Council approving the permanent closure of the subject public highway. The portion of Perth Avenue has a total area of approximately 821.5 m²± (8,842.8 ft²±). The City proposes that the intended manner of disposal to be by way of an invitation of an offer to purchase the public highway from the adjacent owner.
