Property Standards - Etobicoke York Panel (2018-2022)
The Property Standards Panel's duties are to hear appeals of orders made under the Building Code Act, 1992.

Property standards include bylaws for public and private property including: fencing, long grass and weeds, zoning complaints, multi-residential apartment building audits and enforcement program (MRAB), and rooming houses.
