Meeting Schedule Reports for meetings of Toronto City Council and its Committees
Near the end of each year, City Council approves a meeting schedule for the upcoming year. After the initial schedule is approved, it is constantly being updated with changes in times, dates, locations. Rescheduled meetings, added meetings, and cancellations don't require further City Council approval.
This report provides a customized picture-in-time list of meetings extracted from the calendar at www.toronto.ca/council. The City Council meeting schedule is updated in real-time and always reflects the most accurate meeting information 24 hours a day. You can use the custom options below to generate a list of Council and/or committee meetings and then download the open-data report as a comma separated value (.csv) file - or, as an iCal file - and then import it into your personal calendar.
Description of the data
- Results are listed by Committee name in alphabetical order, and then by meeting number
- Added or rescheduled meetings are not flagged by the report - when you download and import an extract of meeting information, you will still need to monitor the mobile-accessible online calendar for added, rescheduled or cancelled meetings
- Events and holidays, indicated with an "E:" in the online calendar, are not part of this report
- iCal formatted meeting schedule data can be downloaded to a personal electronic calendar. The iCal format is supported by a wide-range of calendar applications.
These datasets are part of our ongoing commitment to proactive disclosure and the open data project at www.toronto.ca/open.
