City Council Decision
City Council on October 24 and 25, 2011, adopted the following:
1. City Council increase the 2011 Operating Budget for the Community Partnership and Investment Program, administered by Social Development, Finance and Administration Division, by $500.00, fully funded by Section 37 community benefits related to 137, 147 Merton Street and part of 35 Merton Street (source: XR3026-3700236), to provide a one-time grant of $500.00 to the Toronto District School Board – Hodgson Senior Public School, for the installation of a bench on the grounds of Hodgson Senior Public School, 282 Davisville Avenue, near the public sidewalk.
2. City Council direct that the $500.00 be forwarded to the Toronto District School Board – Hodgson Senior Public School once the Toronto District School Board signs an Undertaking governing the use of the funds and the reporting requirements.
