City Council Decision
City Council on April 12 and 13, 2011, adopted the following:
1. City Council adopt the confidential recommendation in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 12, 2011) from the City Solicitor.
2. City Council authorize the public release, at the end of the Council meeting, of the recommendation adopted by Council.
The following recommendation contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 12, 2011) from the City Solicitor was adopted by City Council and is now public:
1. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to attend the Ontario Municipal Board hearing of the appeal from Committee of Adjustment File A0360-10TEY; in support of the proposed modified variances in respect of the property located at 32 Glenayr Road, provided that they are substantially in accordance with the revised plans and drawings submitted by the applicant dated April 11, 2011, and subject to the conditions set out in Schedule "A".
The balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 12, 2011) from the City Solicitor, remains confidential, in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it contains advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege.
