City Council Decision
City Council on May 17, 18 and 19, 2011, adopted the following:
1. City Council grant approval to amend the 2011 Parks, Forestry and Recreation Capital Budget, approved by Council on February 23 and 24, 2011 to increase the capital project known as Cedarvale Park Tennis Courts – Fence/Reconstruct Tennis Pad surface in Ward 21 by $39,000 to $423,500 to be funded from a Section 37 agreement in the amount of $39,000, generated from the development at 310, 320 Tweedsmuir Avenue in Ward 21. Funds have been received and are deposited to the Planning Act Reserve Fund account number XR3026-3700307.
