1. Refused the application for an Encroachment Agreement for the property at 52 Keswick Road as the necessary clearances have not been received.
2. Requested Transportation Services Staff to report to the next meeting of North York Community Council on September 12, 2011 on the fence that has been constructed at 52 Keswick Road and that the report include any variations to the previous approvals that were given and their recommendations therein.

That North York Community Council:
1. Refuse the application for an encroachment agreement for 52 Keswick Road as the necessary clearances have not been received.
2.
