City Council Decision
City Council on October 30, 31 and November 1, 2012, adopted the following:
1. City Council rescind the existing “No Left Turn, Anytime” restriction for northbound traffic on Park Lawn Road, approximately 111 metres south of The Queensway, at the driveway access to 152 Park Lawn Road (formerly known as 152/154/156 Park Lawn Road).
2. City Council approve enacting a “No Left Turn, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.” restriction for northbound traffic on Park Lawn Road, approximately 111 metres south of The Queensway, at the driveway access to 152 Park Lawn Road (formerly known as 152/154/156 Park Lawn Road).

Community Council Recommendations
Etobicoke York Community Council recommends that:
1. City Council rescind the existing “No Left Turn, Anytime” restriction for northbound traffic on Park Lawn Road, approximately 111 metres south of The Queensway, at the driveway access to 152 Park Lawn Road (formerly known as 152/154/156 Park Lawn Road).
2. City Council approve enacting a “No Left Turn, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.” restriction for northbound traffic on Park Lawn Road, approximately 111 metres south of The Queensway, at the driveway access to 152 Park Lawn Road (formerly known as 152/154/156 Park Lawn Road).

Summary
The purpose of this report is to recommend changing the existing "No Left Turn Anytime" restriction to a “No Left Turn, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday” restriction for northbound traffic on Park Lawn Road at the driveway access to 152 Park Lawn Road (formerly known as 152/154/156 Park Lawn Road).
As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates bus service on Park Lawn Road, City Council approval of this report is required.
