City Council Decision
City Council on October 30, 31 and November 1, 2012, adopted the following:
1. City Council resolve that should an application be made to re-develop Postal Station ‘K’, that such redevelopment application must consider not only the heritage significance of the building, but the real need to create a public open space which can provide for meaningful community engagement to accommodate outdoor public uses of benefit to the community.
