City Council Decision
City Council on July 11, 12 and 13, 2012, adopted the following:
1. City Council adopt the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 31, 2012) from the City Solicitor.
2. City Council authorize the public release of Recommendation 1 in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 31, 2012) from the City Solicitor, and direct that the balance of the information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential as it relates to litigation or potential litigation that affects the City or one of its agencies or corporations and contains advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
The following confidential Recommendation 1 contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 31, 2012) from the City Solicitor was adopted by Council and is now public:
1. City Council authorize the amendment of Purchase Order 6024545 by a further $1,100,000.00 exclusive of tax, for an amended total amount of $1,650,000.00.
The balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 31, 2012) from the City Solicitor remains confidential in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006 as it pertains to litigation or potential litigation that affects the City or one of its agencies or corporations, and contains advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
