Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Authorized the amendment of Schedule 'A' of Municipal Code Chapter 925 to incorporate the south side of Shuter Street, between Sumach Street and a point 89.2 metres further east, on an area basis, within permit parking area 7C, under the operating hours of 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., 7 days a week.

Transportation Services is requesting approval from Toronto and East York Community Council to introduce overnight on-street permit parking on the south side of Shuter Street, between Sumach Street and a point 89.2 metres further east, on an area basis, within permit parking area 7C, under the operating hours of 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., 7 days a week.
Area residents requested the implementation of overnight on-street permit parking on the south side of Shuter Street, between Sumach Street and a point 89.2 metres further east, to accommodate their long term parking needs without being subject to tagging by Parking Enforcement Officers.
