City Council Decision
City Council on February 20 and 21, 2013, adopted the following:
1. City Council receive the report (February 12, 2013) from the Integrity Commissioner for information.
2. City Council request the City Solicitor, in consultation with the Integrity Commissioner, in light of the decision on the appeal of Madger v. Ford, to review the relevant legislation and City by-laws including but not limited to the City of Toronto Act 2006, the Code of Conduct and Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, and report to Council on possible legislative changes Council may wish to request of the Province.
