City Council on March 21, 2013, adopted the following:

1. City Council direct the General Manager, Transportation Services to report to the May 7, 2013 City Council meeting on the results of the review and consultation on alternative design solutions to removal of the existing lay-by on the west side of Bay Street, just south of Yorkville Avenue.
