Community Council Decision
Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Directed staff to schedule a community consultation meeting for the lands at 250, 252, 254 and 256 Royal York Road and 8 and 10 Drummond Street together with the Ward Councillor.
2. Directed that Notice for the community consultation meeting be given to landowners and residents within 120 metres of the site, and expanded in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with the additional cost to be borne by the applicant.
3. Directed that Notice for the public meeting under the Planning Act be given according to the regulations under the Planning Act.

Summary
This application proposes to amend the former City of Etobicoke Zoning Code to permit a stacked townhouse development consisting of 111 units with underground parking at 250, 252, 254 and 256 Royal York Road and 8 and 10 Drummond Street.
This report provides preliminary information on the above-noted application and seeks Community Council's directions on further processing of the application and on the community consultation process.
A community consultation meeting scheduled by staff in consultation with the Ward Councillor is intended to be held in the third quarter of 2013.
A Final Report and Public Meeting under the Planning Act to consider this application is targeted for the first or second quarter of 2014 provided any required information is submitted by the applicant in a timely manner.

That Etobicoke York Community Council adopt the recommendations contained in the report (May 28, 2013) from the Director, Community Planning, Etobicoke York District, with Recommendation 2 amended to read as follows:
