City Council Decision
City Council on February 20 and 21, 2013, adopted the following:
1. City Council formalize the grace period for on-street permit parking on switch-over days, beginning three hours before the permit parking hours begin and extending three hours after permit parking hours end.
2. City Council direct that the policy be clearly articulated to residents and Parking Enforcement, with the information readily and easily available on the City's website.
