City Council Decision
City Council on May 7, 8, 9 and 10, 2013, adopted the following:
1. City Council approve the temporary installation of Circle of Animals/Zodiac Heads in the Reflecting Pool at Nathan Phillips Square from June 10 to October 27, 2013 provided that the organizers meet all requirements of an Application for a Special Event Permit issued through Event Support, Economic Development and Culture.
2. City Council direct the Event Support Economic Development and Culture staff to co-ordinate the installation of the sculpture with the appropriate Facilities Management, and Parks, Forestry and Recreation staff.
