City Council Decision
City Council on February 19 and 20, 2014, adopted the following:
1. City Council appoint the alternate listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board of Directors, at the pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 30, 2014, and until a successor is appointed.
2. City Council authorize the City Clerk to make the appointee's name public once appointed by Council and the appointee has been notified.
City Council has appointed the following person to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board of Directors:
- Rose Kudlac.

Committee Recommendations
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that:
1. City Council appoint the alternate listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board of Directors, at the pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 30, 2014, and until a successor is appointed.
2. City Council authorize the City Clerk to make the appointee's name public once appointed by Council and the appointee has been notified.
Summary
Mr. Robert Dawson has submitted a communication (January 17, 2014) advising that he has resigned from the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board of Directors.
In accordance with the Public Appointments Policy, the City Clerk has contacted an identified alternate for this Board to confirm continued interest and eligibility. The name of the identified alternate has been submitted to the Members of the Civic Appointments Committee for consideration under separate cover.

That the Civic Appointments Committee recommend that:
