City Council Decision
City Council on April 1, 2 and 3, 2014, adopted the following:
Ombudsman Recommendations:
Taking into account all the information gathered, I make the following recommendations:
1. City Council request Toronto Community Housing Corporation to implement the balance of the Ombudsman's recommendations in the context of its strategic plan and demonstrate how it is doing so.
2. City Council adopt the Ombudsman's report and in so doing, request that Toronto Community Housing Corporation implement all of the recommendations outlined in Appendix A to the report (March 2014) from the Ombudsman.
