Motions (City Council)
That City Council request the Integrity Commissioner to review the Code of Conduct and to report to Council on proposed amendments and improvements in the second quarter of 2015, and that the Integrity Commissioner consult with Members of Council as part of her review.
That City Council direct the City Manager to report to the Executive Committee in early 2015 on amending policies respecting the reimbursement of legal expenses for Members of Council and complainants related to Code of Conduct investigations.
That City Council refer the Item to the City Clerk and the City Solicitor for consideration with their forthcoming report to Executive Committee on reporting mechanisms for the Accountability Officers.
