City Council Decision
City Council on August 25, 26, 27 and 28, 2014, adopted the following:
1. City Council request the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning, in consultation with the Chief Building Official and Executive Director, Toronto Building, to review all design guidelines affecting the built form of development to ensure that they are consistent with the objective of Article 3.7.2.1 of the Ontario Building Code "to provide a view to the outdoors from bedrooms" and to report to the Planning and Growth Management Committee on their findings in the first half of 2015.
