City Council Decision
City Council on July 8, 9, 10 and 11, 2014, adopted the following:
1. City Council appoint the new members for the Design Review Panel listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 22, 2014) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning to serve for a period of two years or until their successors are appointed.
2. City Council appoint the alternate candidate listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 22, 2014) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning in order to fill a mid-term vacancy, if the need arises.
3. City Council approve the public release of the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 22, 2014) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning.
City Council has appointed the following persons to the Design Review Panel:
- Jenny McMinn;
- Dima Cook; and
- Meg Graham.
City Council has appointed the following person as an alternate candidate for the Design Review Panel, in order to fill a mid-term vacancy, if the need arises:
- Drew Sinclair.

Committee Recommendations
The Planning and Growth Management Committee recommends that:
1. City Council approve the recommended new members for the Design Review Panel listed in Confidential Attachment 1 of the report (May 22, 2014) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning to serve for a period of two years or until their successors are appointed;
