City Council Decision
City Council on July 8, 9, 10 and 11, 2014, adopted the following:
1. City Council enact the turning regulations, as identified in Appendix 1 to the report (May 29, 2014) from the Director, Transportation Services, Scarborough District with Appendix 1 amended to read as follows:

Community Council Recommendations
Scarborough Community Council recommends that:
1. City Council enact the turning regulations, as identified in Appendix 1 of the report (May 29, 2014) from the Director, Transportation Services, Scarborough District.

Summary
Following a neighbourhood survey from Councillor Paul Ainslie's office of residents, the purpose of this report is to introduce turning regulations at the intersection of Tams Road and Morningside Avenue.
