City Council Decision
City Council on December 11, 2014, adopted the following:
1. City Council adopt the confidential instructions to staff contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 3, 2014) from the City Solicitor.
2. City Council authorize the public release of the confidential instructions contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 3, 2014) from the City Solicitor at the discretion of the City Solicitor with the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to remain confidential as it pertains to litigation or potential litigation that affects the City or one of its agencies, boards and commissions and contains advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege.
Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 3, 2014) from the City Solicitor remains confidential in its entirety, at this time in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it pertains to litigation or potential litigation that affects the City or one of its agencies, boards and commissions and contains advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege.
The confidential instructions to staff contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 3, 2014) from the City Solicitor will be made public at the discretion of the City Solicitor.
Confidential Attachment - Litigation or potential litigation that affects the City or one of its agencies, boards, and commissions and advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege.
