City Council Decision
City Council on February 10 and 11, 2015, adopted the following:
1. City Council adopt the recommendations contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 11, 2015) from the City Solicitor.
2. City Council direct that the recommendations in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 11, 2015) from the City Solicitor as well as the information contained in Appendix A of Confidential Attachment 1 be made public, at the discretion of the City Solicitor.
3. City Council direct that all other information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 11, 2015) from the City Solicitor remain confidential.
The recommendations in Confidential Attachment 1 and Appendix A to the report (February 11, 2015) from the City Solicitor remain confidential in their entirety at this time in accordance with the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as they pertain to litigation or potential litigation and contain advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege. The recommendations in Confidential Attachment 1 and Appendix A to the report (February 11, 2015) from the City Solicitor will be made public at the discretion of the City Solicitor.
The balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 11, 2015) from the City Solicitor remains confidential in its entirety in accordance with the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it pertains to litigation or potential litigation and contains advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
