Summary

Canada Post is changing its service delivery system to move away from home delivery and toward a community mailbox model. The implementation of these new community mailboxes may have impacts on the urban environment, as well as future planning and development. It is important that these changes and resulting impacts are understood and can be addressed by the City of Toronto.
