Community Council Decision
Scarborough Community Council:
1. Directed Planning staff to schedule a community consultation meeting for the lands at 2301 Brimley Road 2329-2361 Brimley Road, 0 Commander Boulevard and 175 Commander Boulevard together with the Ward Councillor.
2. Directed Planning staff to give Notice for the community consultation meeting to landowners and residents within 300 metres of the site and to all tenants within the Chartwell Shopping Centre, and further, that the additional cost for the notice be borne by the applicant.
3. Directed City Clerk's staff to give Notice for the public meeting under the Planning Act according to the regulations of the Planning Act.

That Recommendation 2 be amended to read:
