That the Executive Director, Municipal Licensing and Standards review Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 629, Property Standards - D(4) Window protection in apartment buildings and report to the next meeting of the Tenant Issues Committee on the possibility of eliminating, in some or all instances, the use of a 'guard' or a 'controlled sash' that restricts outside air into apartment units.
