Summary

This staff report is about a matter for which the Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

Transportation Services is requesting approval to reduce the existing speed limit on Harriet Street from 50 km/h to 40 km/h. A 40 km/h speed limit would promote slower operating speeds and enhance safety for all road users.
