Summary
The Toronto Transit Commission Board on May 31, 2016, considered a report entitled “Audit of Toronto Transit Commission Materials and Procurement Department, Phase One: Improving Controls to Safeguard Inventory".
The Board:
1. Received the report.
2. Endorsed the recommendations of the Auditor General.
3 Approved the management responses and timelines as set out in Appendix 2 of the report.
In accordance with Recommendation No. 11 in the Auditor General's report, the foregoing is submitted to the Audit Committee for information.
