Board Decision
The Board of Health:
1. Congratulated the 2016 Public Health Champion Award winners:
- Individual Award: Sarah Miller
- Organizational Award: Agincourt Community Services Association
2. Directed that the names of the winners be released upon their receipt of the award and that the additional personal information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (June 9, 2016) from the Medical Officer of Health, remain confidential as it pertains to personal information about identifiable individuals, including municipal or local board employees.
