City Council on October 5, 6 and 7, 2016, adopted the following:
1. City Council appoint Councillor Michael Ford to the Economic Development Committee for a term of office until December 31, 2016 and until a successor is appointed.

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, require that Motion MM21.8 be referred to the Striking Committee. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to waive referral.
That City Council delete the words "Government Management Committee" and insert the words "Economic Development Committee" so that it now reads:
1. City Council appoint Councillor Michael Ford to the Economic Development Committee for a term of office until December 31, 2016 and until a successor is appointed.
