Committee Decision
The Disability, Access and Inclusion Advisory Committee recommends to the Public Works and Infrastructure Committee that:
1. The Sidewalk Café Design Manual incorporate the Disability, Access and inclusion Advisory Committee's feedback to increase standards for pedestrian clearways to ensure that pedestrians of all abilities can safely navigate Toronto's sidewalks.
2. The General Manager, Transportation Services report to the May 19, 2017 Disability, Access and Inclusion Advisory Committee meeting on improved standards for clearways.

The Project Manager, Transportation Services, Public Realm Section gave a presentation to the Disability, Access and Inclusion Advisory Committee on the Toronto Sidewalk Café Design Manual.
