Committee Decision
The Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee recommends to the Executive Committee that:
1. The City Manager be requested to:
a. Develop targets and timelines for hiring under-represented groups within the Toronto Public Service and report to the Executive Committee by the end of the second quarter 2018; and
b. Consult with the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee prior to submitting any further reports to the Executive Committee related to hiring persons with disabilities.

- the Director, Strategic Recruitment, Compensation and Employment Services, Human Resources;
- the Director, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources; and
- the Acting Director, City Manager's Office, Equity, Diversity and Human Rights.
