Etobicoke York Community Council:

1.  In accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appointed the following nominees to the Business Improvement Area (BIA) Boards of Management set out below at the pleasure of the Etobicoke York Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:

The Kingsway:

2.  Removed the following board members from the Business Improvement Area (BIA) Boards of Management set out below:

Emery Village:

Long Branch:

The Kingsway:

Alward, Chris    

Weston Village:

3.  Directed that Schedule A of the Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas, be amended by changing the number of sitting board members of the Emery Village BIA to ten (10), by changing the number of sitting board members of the Long Branch BIA to ten (10), by changing the number of sitting board members of the Regal Heights Village BIA to eight (8), by changing the number of sitting board members to the Weston Village BIA to five (5).

The purpose of this report is to recommend that Etobicoke York Community Council appoint members to The Kingsway and shoptheQueensway.com Business Improvement Area (BIA) Boards of Management and remove members from Emery Village, Long Branch, Regal Heights Village, shoptheQueensway.com, The Kingsway and Weston Village BIA Boards of Management.
